JS GROUP is a diversified enterprise consisting of four major business divisions: JS Holdings, JS Life Holdings, JS Commercial Holdings, and JS China. Established in 2017 in Osaka, the Group originated from a vacation rental business in Shanghai, giving rise to its signature brand “JS Akatsuki House.” To date, the brand has achieved over 300 property developments.Building upon its vacation rental foundation, JS GROUP has steadily expanded its operations over the years. Today, it has grown into a diversified corporation spanning four key sectors — Real Estate Development, Management, and Brokerage; Architectural Design, Construction, and Maintenance; Tourism, Dining, and Entertainment; and Trade, E-commerce, and Logistics — continuing its growth with Japan and Osaka as its core base.

As one of the first officially certified vacation rental brands in Japan, JS Akatsuki House has also received multiple awards from leading vacation rental platforms in China.

JS Co., Ltd. opened in Osaka

JS Trade launched business of exporting Japanese products to China

2018

The real estate business of JS initiated its development

The first JS Akatsuki House opened in Osaka

JS's construction business began by transitioning from outsourcing to managing self-contracted projects

2019

JS evolved from individual units to developing single-family homes in clusters

The JS Akatsuki Houses exceeded 50 in number, managing a scale close to 100

JS Trade launched business of exporting Chinese goods to Japan

JS XiaoLv launched the business of tours to Japan

2020

Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic, JS entered a period of strategic adjustment.

JS's catering business was launched

2021

Despite repeated outbreaks of the Covid-19 epidemic, the occupancy rate at JS Akatsuki Houses remained above 70%, which was three times higher than that of its competitors

JS's business section was established to offer consulting services for immigration to Japan

2022

With the end of the epidemic, the construction of apartments and the development of clustered single-family homes are steadily progressing into a prosperous period

JS's catering division launched its first high-end Wagyu restaurant, "Wagyu Club"

JS launched its cleaning business, with its hotel service team supporting guesthouses

2023

Following the conclusion of the epidemic, Japan lifted its lockdown measures, which facilitated the expansion of development to 300 units

JS launched its design business, which stimulated development through design
